Arulnithi Tamilarasu born July 21, 1987, is an Indian Tamil actor best known for starring in Pandiraj's film Vamsam. After his cousin, Udhayanidhi Stalin declined, Arulnithi was offered the lead role in Pandiraj's Vamsam. Despite accusations that he should revenge his father's death, he was depicted in the film as a young man who shied away from his village's politics. Because of his family's influence, the picture, which starred him and Sunaina, was widely marketed in Tamil Nadu and became a profitable box-office venture with positive reviews. Udhayan was his second film, in which he performed a dual character for the first time. Santhakumar's second film, Mouna Guru, was a highly lauded sleeper hit that was also presented at the Hong Kong International Film Festival in 2013.
